You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
You retain full ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to the Service ("User Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Data.
By uploading data to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To generate AI insights, we transmit only anonymized, aggregated metric summaries (not your raw data) to third-party AI providers (OpenAI). We do not send your raw spreadsheet data to any external parties.
We retain your uploaded files and data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your data at any time through the dashboard. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEETMIND AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
