1. Money-Back Guarantee

7-Day Full Refund โ€” No Questions Asked
If you are not completely satisfied with SheetMind AI within 7 days of your first subscription payment, we will refund 100% of the amount charged.

This guarantee applies to the Pro plan on your first payment only. We want you to feel confident trying SheetMind AI without any financial risk.

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your first subscription charge
  • You have not previously received a refund from SheetMind AI
  • Your account is in good standing (no violation of our Terms of Service)
  • The request comes from the account owner's registered email address

Renewal Payments

Refunds are not available for renewal payments (monthly or annual). If you wish to stop being charged, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
  • Requests made after 7 days from the initial payment
  • Subscription renewal charges (second month onward)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Requests from accounts that have previously received a refund
  • Partial month refunds after cancellation (access continues until period end)
  • Charges from payment processing fees imposed by third-party providers

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds).

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your SheetMind AI account
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm the cancellation

After cancellation:

  • You will not be charged on your next billing date
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period
  • Your data and files will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation, after which they may be deleted

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 7-day guarantee window, please also submit a refund request (see below).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at soolo1studio2@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Subject line: Refund Request โ€” [your registered email]
  • The email address associated with your SheetMind AI account
  • Date of the payment you are requesting a refund for
  • Reason for the refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund requests submitted through Paddle (our payment processor) support portal are also accepted. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction on our behalf.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5โ€“10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3โ€“5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside of our control. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will follow up with our payment processor.

Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences.
