This guarantee applies to the Pro plan on your first payment only. We want you to feel confident trying SheetMind AI without any financial risk.
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
You are eligible for a refund if:
Refunds are not available for renewal payments (monthly or annual). If you wish to stop being charged, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds).

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 7-day guarantee window, please also submit a refund request (see below).

Refund requests submitted through Paddle (our payment processor) support portal are also accepted. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction on our behalf.
Once a refund is approved:
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside of our control. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will follow up with our payment processor.
Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences.
